About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team on a 3‑month renewable contract. This role will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers to meet business staffing needs within a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct phone and face‑to‑face/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with stakeholders
• Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience
