I. Job Summary
Responsible in ensuring timely delivery of hiring demands for Landers Superstore. Screens and conducts competency-based interviews to select qualified candidates for the hiring vacancies. Partners with various departments and hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
II. KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)
Candidate Sourcing
Utilizes social media platforms to expand networks to professionals
Sources potential candidates with the use of traditional and/or non-traditional recruitment channels.
Conducts proactive sourcing and Boolean searches for specialized roles
Address all inquiries from job portals as well as internal inquiries from employees
Conceptualizes and implements various sourcing initiatives to fulfill the hiring demand
Participates in nationwide off-site/ on-site recruitment events
