What You Will Do

• Advise line managers on HR and organizational issues including but not limited to performance management, talent and culture development, employee relations, change management, and employee engagement to promote and maintain the expected organizational culture
• Partner with hiring managers through full-cycle recruitment process
• As a point of contact, investigate employee relations issues and respond to questions regarding Payroll, Benefits, EAP, Workday HRIS, etc.
• Assess training and development needs as well as coordinate and/or facilitate trainings related to HR standards and practices
• Participate in applicable committees and internal quality audits
