HR Tech Consultant - HRIS & Integrations (Fixed-Term)

The main mission of this Specialist is to improve the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and existing workflows, making sure the central database is integrated with other HR systems.

This is a fixed term contract of 1 year, with end to end responsibility over the project.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze the needs of the organization and develop HR Tech strategies to meet those needs.
• Review existing HR systems configuration and integration with other systems.
• Map existing system processes and workflows, propose improvements to optimize efficiency, focusing on automation and full integration of tools throughout the employee cycle.
