**HR Technology Manager (Workday)**
In addition to managing core HR Technology responsibilities, this role will serve as a strategic advocate and partner for AI in HR, identifying opportunities to embed automation and AI-powered solutions that improve employee experiences, enhance decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.
**What you'll be doing**
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing HR Technology team, providing clear goals, feedback, and development plans.
- Act as the primary business owner of Workday, overseeing modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Reporting, Integrations, etc.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to translate business needs into system and process solutions.
- Drive system optimization, data integrity, and configuration enhancements to support scalability and efficiency.
