As a HR Intern with a focus on recruitment, you can learn and contribute to talent acquisition by building talent pools, maintaining community engagement, and leveraging digital tools and social networks. Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in conducting market research to identify where potential candidates can be found, effective engagement strategies, and stay updated on industry trends.  

• Build and maintain talent pools for a specific role ensuring a robust candidate pipeline across multiple platforms and networks.  

• Assist in engaging potential candidates through various channels (emails, social media, phone calls) to assess their interest in available positions and inform them about job opportunities.
