HR Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our IT Services company. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and HR Operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR documentation.

Required Skill Sets Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. Experience in factory HR / plant HR / manufacturing setup. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi preferred for worker-level communication. Qualification: MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR / IR / Labour Welfare. Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing or industrial HR.
