We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team and support recruitment processes across Finance, Accounting, Regulatory and Transformation profiles.

This is an excellent opportunity to enter the job market and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source and attract talent through LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Support hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a strong candidate experience
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or similar
