HR Trainer

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations

Design training calendars, modules, and materials (classroom, online, blended)

Coordinate, schedule, and deliver training sessions for employees and client organizations

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports

Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and performance tracking

Support HR initiatives related to employee development and competency building

Research new trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HRD
• Having experience facilitating within corporate or business environments is an advantage
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
