Job Summary

The HR Training Specialist plays a vital role in supporting employee onboarding and organizational learning initiatives. Reporting to the HR Training Officer, this position focuses on the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of training programs to ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and effective delivery. The role supports new hire integration, assists in learning program implementation, and prepares training-related data and reports for management review.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts and supports onboarding and orientation activities to help newly hired employees transition smoothly into the organization.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including ADEC ONE teams, to coordinate schedules, requirements, and logistics for new hire orientation programs.
• Oversees the administrative management of internal training courses by maintaining complete and accurate records, attendance logs, and training databases.
