Job Description
WORK OVERVIEW:
Facilitates the conduct of the Performance Evaluation System (PES) and analyses training needs of every employee by evaluating strengths and weaknesses; Meets with managers and department heads to ascertain employees' need for training
Prepares yearly training plan and schedules the conduct of planned trainings and disseminates information to personnel concerned; Facilitates unplanned trainings
Develops a system for training monitoring to ensure every employee of the Coop is trained accordingly and ensure incorporation
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or its equivalent
Possesses good written and oral communication skills
Adept in planning and people management
