HR Transformation Lead – Telecom (AI-Enabled Hire-to-Retire)

We are seeking a senior HR Transformation Leader to redesign the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire lifecycle in a modern telecom organization. This role will modernize HR service delivery using digital platforms, automation, and AI-enabled solutions with strong governance and compliance controls.

Role Overview

You will lead the transformation of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Core HR, Payroll & Time, Workforce Management, Learning, Performance, and Employee Relations. The goal is to improve employee experience, speed, accuracy, compliance, and workforce productivity across diverse employee groups including field technicians, retail staff, contact centre agents, engineers, corporate teams, and contingent workers.
