As part of a wider HR transformation program and the spin-off of Siemens Energy from Siemens, Siemens Energy is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR systems and services.
We are looking for high-impact, expert and hands-on HR Project Managers to play a pivotal role in our transformation initiatives, working with colleagues and diverse internal and external partners across the globe.

**How You will Make an Impact**:
- Build and maintain project plans & progress tracking tools to support in planning, progress tracking, and decision making
- Proactively handle key partners across the company ensuring timely and regular engagement
- Monitor project activities, track achievements, and distribute information including critical metrics to partners
