Job Summary:
The HRAD Officer provides operational support to core corporate HR functions, with primary focus on talent acquisition and learning & development. The role assists in recruitment, onboarding, performance management coordination, training programs, and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Post job vacancies and support end-to-end recruitment for corporate and head office positions
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers
· Assist in onboarding and conduct new hire orientation programs
· Prepare recruitment updates, hiring reports, and maintain accurate HR records
· Coordinate with departments on performance review schedules and documentation
