WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO:
A. Human Resources Administration
- Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires
Administer offboarding processes, clearance, and final pay documentation
- Employee Relations
Serve as primary contact for HR administrative concerns and policy inquiries
Implement disciplinary procedures and documentation in line with company policy and Philippine labor laws
Support HRAD Manager & management in handling employee cases, grievances, and investigations
Promote a professional, ethical, and high-performance workplace culture
- Performance & Records Management
Supervise performance appraisal documentation and monitoring
Track probationary evaluations, confirmations, promotions, and lateral movements
Maintain records of training, certifications, and employee development activities
