HRAD/IT Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related fields.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
