· Manage HR-related functions, including monitoring staff attendance, approving leaves, handling absences, implementing disciplinary actions, and issuing memos and pay slips.
· Ensure the office building and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and functional, and report any issues to the Head Office.
· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly branch reports, including performance updates and other required documentation, to Head Office.
· Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure processes are smooth, efficient, and compliant with company policies.
· Organize, maintain, and update branch files, records, and databases for accuracy and easy retrieval.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails, acting as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist with minor accounting and administrative functions as needed.
· Monitor utilities and building dues.
