Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaluyong for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management systems. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with management to understand and address HR needs, supporting staff development, handling employee grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
