Job Summary:
The HR/Admin Staff provides support in day‑to‑day human resources and administrative operations, including employee records management, recruitment assistance, documentation, office coordination, and implementation of company policies. Ensures efficient office operations and timely completion of HR and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
· Maintain and update employee 201 files, attendance records, and other HR documentation.
· Prepare HR‑related memoranda, notices, and reports as required.
· Support payroll preparation by gathering attendance data and validating documents.
· Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
