HRBP Director, Engineering and Product

HRBP Director – Toronto, Ontario Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, you will be part of a driven and passionate Global People team who are striving to make a difference in the organization. This role will specifically support our Engineering and Product teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the people strategy for Engineering and Product, aligning talent priorities with business goals to enable performance, innovation, and sustainable growth

Partner with globally distributed senior leaders (VP/C‑suite) to shape org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability, while also supporting them through people decisions and trade‑offs

Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders at all levels, strengthening leadership capability, decision‑making, and team effectiveness

Drive organizational effectiveness within high‑performing technical teams, enabling scalable structures, clarity, and accountability
