Job Description

Our client is a leading medical device manufacturer. 

Responsibilities

Employee Communication & Engagement
Initiating and executing in-house employee communication programs and employee events through building strategic channels and platforms, such as newsletters, in-house publications, surveys, etc.
Initiating and publicizing all employee functions and celebrations including Town hall, skip-level meetings, open forums, and award ceremonies.
Being a leader of plant employee engagement to support the growth and development of employees.
Coordinating global / BU / regional employee engagement programs to make sure the survey is being implemented smoothly.
Driving actions to improve employee engagement such as town hall, canteen, benefit and welfare, and team building.
Monitoring the labor legislation and implementing required changes to keep the process in compliance.
