In this role, you will not only manage traditional employee relations but also lead the compliance with international standards (ISO, FSC, GRS) and social responsibility initiatives.

Role Description

• Ensure 100% adherence to the Employment Act 1955 and maintain HR policies aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, FSC, and GRS standards.
• Manage labor and social requirements for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and spearhead ESG initiatives related to employee welfare.
• Act as a fair and impartial lead for investigations, misconduct cases, and grievances, fostering a transparent work environment.
• Assess, plan, and execute mandatory and developmental training programs to meet organizational and certification standards.
