We are recruiting an HR Business Partner / HR Lead based in Lisbon, who will operate with a dual scope, providing HR support to:
Azqore Lisbon Hub technology, outsourcing, and banking operations
Indosuez Wealth Management Portugal the local private banking entity of Crédit Agricole Group
This shared HR structure enables both organizations to benefit from a strong and unified HR presence while respecting their distinct cultures and operational requirements.
Our Lisbon office opened on September 1st, 2025 and is expanding quickly you will play a key role in structuring and strengthening the local HR function across both entities.
