**Job Description Summary**
As HRBP Italy & Greece you will provide a top tier HR support and strategy execution with focus on specific Business units & Function Organization. The HRBP will report to the Director HR Italy & Greece and will work closely with our HR Shared Service Centre (ASC) and the Centre of Excellence (CoE) colleagues to ensure a phenomenal employees and managers´ experience.
Your role will be to partner the relevant management teams within the businesses and functions assigned to build and implement predominantly medium to long-term people solutions aligned to the business strategy and assist with day-to-day people needs.
As a member of the EMEA HR Community you will also contribute and drive regional initiatives as well as collaborates on design, development, introduction and/or integration of HR processes, practices, programs, and initiatives that contribute to individual and company success.
