Job Description
Serve as a strategic liaison between the company and the union, proactively managing labor relations within a maquiladora environment.
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), internal policies, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources within an industrial or maquiladora environment, with at least 3 years focused on labor relations and direct union interaction.
Technical Knowledge:
Mexican labor law and its practical application.
Union relationship management and collective bargaining processes.
Conflict resolution and dispute management.
Disciplinary and termination procedures.
Applicable Official Mexican Standards (NOMs).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Native Spanish.
