HRBP Manager Machining

Objective

Lead the strategic function of the HR department, improving the productive contribution of the human resources through planning, organization, and control of technical and administrative processes, implementing actions for the optimization of their performance and development, with the correct headcount according to the plant needs and the corresponding union relationship.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the Talent Cycle programs to ensure that employees are recruited, managed, organized, developed, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with Nemak's HR strategy.

Ensure the recruitment process is conducted efficiently and cost-effectively
Drive organizational development initiatives through change management, supporting functional areas effectiveness and company transformation.
