Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for business units.

• Collaborate with business leaders to align payroll, timesheet, attendance management.

• Work with account managers, recruiters, and delivery teams to manage workforce requirements.
• Handle day-to-day interactions with clients to address HR-related needs.
• Manage onboarding, induction, deployment, and exit formalities for contract resources.
• Maintain accurate employee records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of staffing industry HR practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools.
