HRBP OFFICER

Reporting to HR Manager and HRBP Team Leader/AM, HR
Business Partner will be responsible for delivering excellent
employee experience to ensure smooth operations as well
confidentiality and punctuality regarding all HR processes and
policies. The HRBP will play a key role in providing both
operational and strategic human resources support to develop and
coordinate programs which directly support the achievement of
business objectives. Where you will work Vinh Trung Plaza Building,
Thanh Khe, Danang. Responsibility The HRBP will be a critical
bridge between the Company and the Employee, and be responsible for
the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Main
responsibilities are included but not limited to following:
Business Partnering: Work closely with stakeholders to enhance work
relations, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
