The role strengthens the people-management capability of Operations by embedding HR partnership directly into the IC Design Engineering environment.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) ensures that operational leaders—whose focus is largely technical and project-driven—receive strategic and hands-on support in talent management, performance, engagement, and organizational development.

The position exists to elevate leadership effectiveness, build a healthy talent pipeline, and ensure that people practices are consistently applied across engineering teams.
