The HRBP Senior Manager serves as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role drives organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning while ensuring HR initiatives directly support growth, performance, and culture.

Pay: Php180, Php200,000.00 per month 
Ability to commute/relocate: 
Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) 
Education: 
Bachelor's (Preferred) 
Experience: 
HRBP: 8 years (Preferred) 
Work Location: In person
