The Senior Manager – Talent Consultant leads the people strategy for one Line of Service (LoS), serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. This role shapes the people experience and drives business impact through strategic partnership, coaching, and data-informed insights, guiding the LoS in building high-performing, inclusive teams across all touchpoints of the employee journey.
