Role Summary This role focuses on the end-to-end HR management of blue-collar workforce, deeply integrated with frontline production operations. You will be fully responsible for blue-collar employee relations, attendance & payroll support, onboarding/offboarding, contract management, employee communication,trainning and cultural engagement,etc., Acting as the key link between management and employees, you ensure effective policy communication, timely issue resolution, and compliant, efficient workforce operations to support business goals. Employee & Labor Relations Serve as the first responder for employee relations issues, handling complaints, disputes, conflicts, and grievances among blue-collar staff; lead investigations, mediation, and follow-up to ensure fairness. Assist in union communication, familiar with collective bargaining agreements (Contrato Ley) and grievance procedures; maintain harmonious labor relations.
