• Implements training procedure by conducting Training Needs Analysis Surveys; generating the training calendar; facilitating organizational trainings and seminars; and conducting training evaluations and measures of effectiveness
• Facilitates the evaluation/panel presentation for the suitability of probationary employees and candidates for promotion
• Implements the company recruitment procedure by monitoring all Personnel Requisitions; conducting preliminary interviews and testing; endorsing applicants for final interviews

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course
• Must be proficient in both oral and written communications
• Must have at least one year of related work experience
