HRD Staff

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Knowledgeable in all HRD Facets
• Proven work experience as a recruiter and a trainer staff
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (eg. structured, competence-based, and behavioral)
• With hands-on experiences with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessments tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision making skills
• Proficient in MS Application (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
