HIRING: HR/FINANCE ASSOCIATE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION: The HR / Finance Associate Supervisor leads and coordinates the daily operations of HR and Finance associates. This role ensures that employee management, payroll, financial transactions, and reporting are executed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws. The supervisor also provides guidance, training, and performance oversight to associates in both departments.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources duties:

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, attendance, and personnel file management
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to HR associates
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws
• Assist in conflict resolution, employee concerns, and disciplinary matters
