Job Description
We're looking for a Human Resources and General Affairs Assistant to join our team to manage employees administration process related to recruitment and training.
The ideal candidate will have an experience to work with a pioneering team of one of the biggest FMCG group. He/she will be responsible for support in talent acquisition, general affairs, and time keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Conduct employment verification and background checks for newly hired operator and staff employees.
- Ensure completeness and proper filing of pre-employment requirements and documents of resigned employees.
- Organize and coordinate orientation and training programs for new hires (Safety, GMP, HALAL, and other mandatory trainings).
