Position HR & GA Manager
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000THB +/- (Negotiable) 
Location: Pathumtani

Job description
  • Responsible for the full of HR function including workforce planning, organization development, learning & development, recruitment, performance management,.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment retention, and succession planning.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
  • Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees activities.
  • Develop, review, and manage a performance appraisal.
