Qualifications

• Extensive managerial experience in Manufacturing , with experience managing 20+ headcount across HRD and GA
• Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and workplace safety regulations
• Proficiency in English, HR Information Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Knowledge of or experience working in Japanese companies is highly preferred; must respect Japanese work ethics (diligence, humility, patience)
• Strong communication, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
