DESCRIPTION

• Own configuration for assigned areas, while providing advice and coaching across all configuration areas
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, implements solutions, and coordinate & lead activities related to project workplan
• Serve as a subject matter expert demonstrating deep functional knowledge of HR and company processes
• Troubleshoot issues and lead collaboration with teams to come to rapid resolution
