Job Description

Our utilities client is looking for a HRIS Analyst (Business System Analyst) with SuccessFactors and Dayforce configuration skills for integration to a third party system, application security and access control for our utility client

Duration: 6 months to start

Location: Oakville: 3 days on site

  • Identify and translate business requirements into actionable work plans through to implementation
  • Responsible for supporting the Dayforce HCM, Benefits and Payroll systems, as well as related integrations.
  • Responsible for supporting the SuccessFactors HCM and integration into third party systems
  • Work to resolve HRIS Tickets through troubleshooting, issue identification, requirements gathering, solution development, testing, and change management.
  • Assist with configuration within Dayforce and SuccessFactors to support day to day operations.
