About the Role
We are looking for an analytical HR professional with experience managing U.S. employee benefits and working with an HRIS platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys optimizing systems, validating data, working closely with vendors, and ensuring high-quality reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor File Operations & Implementation Support
• Assist with documentation and validation of new benefit structures and configurations.
• Audit, transmit, and maintain vendor files, including structure updates and resolution of data issues.
• Debug and test automated file processes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to evaluate technical requirements and ensure system compatibility.
