Job Description

Our Client is seeking a remote Business Analyst to serve as the functional lead for the talent lifecycle. This role is critical in driving the iCIMS Consolidation project and ensuring a seamless transition from the recruitment phase into the UKG Pro Talent ecosystem (Performance, Succession, and Learning). You will be the bridge between talent acquisition strategy and technical execution.

Responsibilities
iCIMS Consolidation: Lead the effort to audit, clean, and consolidate disparate recruitment instances into a single, optimized iCIMS environment.

Talent Suite Management: Configure and support the UKG Pro Talent modules, including the launch of annual performance reviews, succession planning workflows, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
