HRIS Consultant

We are looking for a client-focused HRIS Consultant who will lead system onboarding, implementation, and post-deployment support for our HRIS platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth client experience; from setup and training to issue resolution and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client onboarding, system configuration, and HRIS implementation activities
• Conduct system walkthroughs, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Provide user support and address client inquiries and concerns
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with the Technical Team when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and action items
• Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients
