HRIS & Data Analyst

What the role is about:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of WinSport’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), currently UKG Pro, along with related modules. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of all HR data, develops and maintains system configurations, and delivers reporting and analytics to support informed HR and business decision-making. The position requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Team & Culture, Payroll, and operational leadership teams. In addition, the HRIS Analyst will provide back‑up support for payroll and benefits processing during the absence of the Payroll Coordinator, ensuring seamless continuity of these critical functions.
