The role includes ensuring data quality and analytics reporting, developing performance dashboards, and providing support for HRIS users. The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in human resources or information technology and experience with Learning Management Systems like SuccessFactors. Bilingual skills in French are advantageous. The position is based in Winnipeg and offers a competitive salary range.
