They are seeking a Global HRIS Manager to own and evolve their human resources systems landscape, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability across a complex, international footprint. This role will play a critical part in strengthening the people-data foundation that supports enterprise growth and regulatory readiness.
This HRIS Manager role will have end-to-end accountability for HRIS strategy, governance, and execution-serving as the primary owner of employee master data, system configuration, and access controls. Partnering closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Audit, the role will drive IPO-aligned controls, automate core HR and payroll workflows, and support integration of newly acquired businesses into standardized global systems.
