                    Key Responsibilities  Develop and implement an HRIS strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall HR and business objectives. 
Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and user satisfaction. 
Lead the selection, implementation, and upgrade of HRIS systems and modules. 
 Team Leadership  Manage and mentor the HRIS team providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. 
Coordinate with HR leaders and IT teams to ensure efficient HRIS operations and continuous improvement. 
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments.
