The HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, optimization, and day-to-day management of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems within a large, complex healthcare environment. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, scalability, and compliance across HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management platforms.


Reporting to the Vice President of Payroll, this role partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Operations, and IT to support a high-volume, multi-state workforce.
