HRIS Regional Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Regional HRIS Manager to lead and optimize our HR technology landscape across ZALORA Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and China).
This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and actionable HR insights, while also driving HR digital transformation initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate combines strong HR domain expertise, hands-on HRIS experience (Oracle), and project management capabilities, and acts as a key bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and future-ready HR solutions. Responsibilties :
