HRIS Senior Specialist

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

Responsibilities

• To deliver actionable insights through advanced data analytics and Power BI, drive automated and efficient reporting, and lead continuous process improvement to support project delivery and ongoing business initiatives.
• Advanced data analytics and data modeling concepts
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboards, performance optimization)
• Reporting automation and process improvement practices
